How to Prove Race Discrimination in the Workplace in New York City

You can take several steps to prove race discrimination, whether you are a victim or a witness. Here are some tips to guide you.

Document the Incident

If possible, write down the details of the incident and remember to include the following:

Keep Up the Good Job
